“Gotta Look Up” is a song written and produced by Katie Barbour and Jimmy Thrasher.
The song is released to Radio as a Single on Thrasher Sound Records, and will soon be released digitally as well. The song can also be heard on the podcast, Christian Life Coaching by Jimmy & Melissa Thrasher, Gotta Look Up, the Song, the Project.

The Song
Katie and Jimmy wrote the song “Gotta Look Up” in February of 2020, just prior to the covid pandemic. Katie and Jimmy had no idea what the world was about to go through. Fast forward to now, spring 2022, after three different variants of the virus peaked in three separate waves. As spring 2022 now comes on, and the omicron peak has just gone down, Melissa and Jimmy feel it is so vital, and so important to share hope and encouragement through Christ with the song and the Project, “Gotta Look Up.” We want to encourage you to look up in your spirit, look up in your faith, and look up to Christ, the “author and finisher of our faith.”
